Use your app to conveniently plan trips and send routes and destinations directly to your vehicle. The myAudi app is provided by the importer for the applicable market. We recommend a flat-rate high-speed data package to use our services – the applicable costs depend on your contract with the network operator. Won't refresh! The app is constantly saying that my Audi is parked unsafely. When you look into it, it states that my tailgate is open (which it isn't). The last update was March 23rd and it will not update to clear it. It comes back with a connection error. I'm super frustrated as this makes the app pretty much useless to me. It won't load current information so unless I'm content to know what happened March 23rd forever I might as well delete this useless app.

Absolutely horrible! Similar to other customers, I've gone in circles with customer service using more than one communication channel (chat and via phone). I'm just trying to set up auto payments! It took me 20 minutes to talk to a representative on the phone to make a payment. I kept getting dropped or switched to another group. It really shouldn't be this hard to pay a company.

Has recently become useless. Hasn't worked in two weeks. App no longer succeeds in displaying any information from my 2019 A4. Just spends many minutes doing nothing, then displays error message. Since this app doesn't do very much anyway, it's not worth any effort to call tech support.

2021-11-21: Cannot log into myAudi from my brand-new A5. Apparently due to a known problem with Audi's cloud that has not been fixed for months. Which rather limits the usefulness of this app. Please get it together, Audi. 2022-04-24: 5 months on of having tickets open with Audi's customer support team, STILL not resolved.
